Customers find the washing machine easy to use and appreciate its silent operation. However, the performance receives mixed feedback – while some are extremely satisfied, others report it stops working after 5-10 minutes. Moreover, the cleaning performance and water consumption are problematic, with clothes not getting cleaned properly and water not draining properly. Additionally, the washing time is significantly longer than expected, taking 4 to 5 hours per cycle.
