Customers find the watch to be of good quality and appreciate its appearance, describing it as a superb rose gold watch that looks amazing for its budget. The color receives positive feedback, and customers consider it a good gift option. However, the reliability is mixed, with some saying it functions nicely while others report it stops working from day one. Moreover, durability is a concern as the watch breaks within minutes of use, and the locking mechanism is problematic, with customers noting that the hook is extremely tight.
