Customers like the handbag’s appearance, color, and find it comfortable to carry, noting it doesn’t hurt the shoulder. Moreover, they appreciate its spacious compartments with good number of pockets, and find it versatile for both casual and formal occasions. However, the material quality receives mixed feedback, with some praising it while others find it not good. Additionally, durability is a concern as handles break after one use and the bag gets torn after 4-5 months of use.
