Customers find the handbag offers good value for money and appreciate its spacious design, with one customer noting their 13-inch laptop fits easily inside. The bag is durable and features three spacious compartments, making it perfect for office and daily use. While customers like the material quality, they express concerns about the zip quality, noting that the zippers only go three-quarters of the way and come off after one month of use.
