Customers find the backpack spacious with compartments and appreciate its good-looking design. The durability and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some find it durable and worth the money, others report the shoulder strap breaking on first day of use and consider it a waste of money. The zipper quality is particularly concerning, with multiple customers reporting non-functional zippers. Customers disagree on the size, with some finding it perfect while others say it’s small.
