Customers find the handbag looks exactly like the photo, has sufficient pockets for essentials, and is suitable for both daily use and special outings. The color receives positive feedback, with one customer noting it works well with all dress colors. However, the durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting that the strap and handle broke within 10 days of usage. The material and size receive mixed reviews, with some praising the leather quality while others find it bad, and some appreciating the size while others find it small.
